Extreme Sculpting Intensive Class: Indoors
As our 2009 season outdoors comes to a close, we are shifting our focus to a brand new kind of indoor class. Created to power off fat by building body shaping muscle quickly, the results of this 4 week program are dramatic! These small groups classses begin in January.

How We Are Different
Not just a class to blast off fat and build muscle, we take education seriously at SWLB! From instructing you through the perfect push-up to developing deeper core engagement, we strive to educate women on effective form that builds strength quickly and safely. After four weeks with us, you will have usable knowledge to continue elevating your fitness at home or in our ongoing programs. For Women By Women
Seattle Weight Loss Boot Camp is designed for women by women to focus exclusively on female specific training techniques proven to slim down the hips, thighs and belly while building full body strength. Our goal? To bring back the positive!

Whether your goal is to intensify training for an already athletic lifestyle, or to get off the couch and back into the inspiring routine of daily exercise, our programs are uniquely created to challenge each level of fitness for results that can be seen and felt. Once you have completed an outdoor session with us, you are a member of SWLB! As a member you can return to our Classic Outdoor Bootycamp program any time using the discounted members only Drop-In Program. Drop-In is an excellent way to continue the Bootycamp fitness lifestyle while taking advantage of a flexible schedule and  discounted rates.
