"Wow, that went by FAST!". This is the greatest compliment we can get from our participants after a booty kicking workout, and we hear it a lot! For us, the outdoor fitness phenomenon is not a passing fad, but a passionate lifestyle for daily health, and our unique, addictive class style is proof of our passion.
Each morning at Greenlake Park, after a comprehensive warm-up to open the spine, engage the core and support the low back (injury prevention at it's best!), we'll ramp up the play for a calorie dashing 55 minutes that alternates our signature short distance run/walk Agility Sprints, good mood inducing Double Power strength circuits and quadriceps lovin' Speedster Sets with super fun, non-competitive partner relay's. To keep it all fresh and exciting, we pull out active props, tricks and challenges along the way, ensuring your workout switches gears every 4 minutes. Add to this a bountiful supply of abdominal intervals to shrink and strengthen the core, and it's no wonder our daily workout's burn off 550-1000 calories in one go!

Whether you are just off the couch or are already experiencing intensive workouts, Seattle Weight Loss Boot Camp's energetic and supportive community oriented programs are designed to deliver results no matter what your level of fitness. Through fast paced, interval style training, each participant is motivated by the outdoor environment to excel beyond her current level of fitness. It is this results proven training technique that both brings women together AND allows each woman to challenge herself from her own level of fitness.
The Science Behind The Fun
We know the best workout results come from using an ongoing variety of fitness challenges applied workout after workout; that's Cross Training! When brief periods of intensity are combined with short periods of recovery, a process scientifically proven to break through fitness plateaus to provide greater results in less time; that's Interval Training! At SWLB, we take these 2 powerful training modalities and combine them with our own test group developed strength and resistance techniques that generate powerful physiologic responses of decreased body fat and dramatically increased strength and tone.
Our bodies are at their fat burning best when enduring the out of doors. Irregular terrain, temperature and weather all do their part to invigorate the body and keep the mind guessing, inviting the senses to come alive and the body to stay engaged on each dynamic moment. No mirrors to judge. Just fresh air and lots of room at Green Lake Park to get the body moving!
