WHAT IS BOOT CAMP?
As the longest running womens outdoor fitness program in Seattle, Seattle Weight Loss Boot Camp is designed for women by women to blast off fat and create full body strength and awareness in a fun, supportive and educational environment. Our goal? To bring back the positive!

Whether your goal is to intensify training for an already athletic lifestyle, or to get off the couch and back into the inspiring routine of daily exercise, our programs are uniquely created to super-challenge each level of fitness for results that can be seen and felt! WHERE DO WE MEET?
Our super effective, 1 hour long Boot Camp sessions are held early mornings in the North End of Seattle at GREENLAKE. Locations around the lake vary to maximize class effectiveness. Go to our Calendar Page for ongoing schedule. Click on Registration for cost information.

BECOME A MEMBER
Once you have completed any of our sessions, you are a member of SWLB! As a member you can return to Camp any time, any season, during any session by using the discounted, members only Drop-In Program. Drop-In is an excellent way to continue the Bootcamp fitness lifestyle while taking advantage of a more flexible schedule and discounted rates. A LITTLE WEATHER AMONG FRIENDS
It's true, Bootcamp is held outside rain or shine, and while the sunny days of summer make us feel as though it will never rain on our bun kickin' workouts, eventually...well, this is Seattle!  

While it may seem daunting at first, our Seattle weather is the perfect partner to the SWLB program, adding heightened levels of endurance and inspiration. In fact, we have several members who return just for the Fall/Winter sessions.  As kids in the Northwest, the creators of SWLB played outside no matter what the weather. As adults in the Northwest, we continue this homage to playtime by taking our Bootcamp workouts outside.
