We All Need Living Room
Our new indoor studio, called The Living Room, is opening it's doors with a brand new 4 week educational class series. Just as with our original Outdoor Bootycamp program, our indoor classes present a unique exercise format to get and stay in shape using equipment that is easy to find, compact, and simple to store. The goal? Come learn challenging, body changing fitness techniques in our Living Room, then take this education home to your own.      
 
With these intensive small groups classes, our mission is to provide you the room to get educated, the room to meet your long term fitness goals, and most of all, the room to   experience joy in the challenge.
 
Extreme Sculpting Intensive
Sign-up for the March Intensive begins February 16th. Meeting your New Years goals in 2010 just got easier! Welcome to SWLB's 4 week body sculpting and cross training program that melts fat by building muscle. Let us help you get leaner, and to play stronger and faster at the activities you love.  
 
Principles of functional weight training, as they relate to a woman's body, are the back bone of our Extreme Sculpting Intensive. These classes dramatically increase fat burning metabolism while quickly building body shaping muscle. Throughout each new week we add in fun and challenging plyometric inspired cardio sets to continue advancing overall athletic agility. Daily mini Ab-Labs tone and tighten where we want to see it most. This is cross training at it's best! Equipment is provided for this class. Ten spots are available in each class time. Due to the intensive class structure and space limitation, There is no Drop-in for this program.  
 
As with all of SWLB's classes, our Extreme Sculpting Intensives are created for women, by women, to immediately address areas lacking in physical strength as well as areas of visual concern, mainly: belly, thighs, rear, and upper body. We get it! We also understand looks aren't everything. Our number one goal is to support each participant toward an authentic and personal level of physical fitness.
 
What To Expect
Physical Results:
- Get Strong! Build coordinating power throughout the upper body, lower body and core. Excellent cross training for the active Northwest woman.
- Increase balance, coordination and flexibility.
- Improve performance and practice of other physical activities, including yoga, skiing, running, biking, spinning, climbing, etc.
- Elevate agility and response time during physical activity.
- Reduce daily aches and pains by strengthening structural muscle groups.
- Reduce the possibility of injury during recreational activity through the practice of regular exercise. 

Visual Results:
- Lose inches all over by swapping loose fat for lean muscle.
- Lift and shape the rear-end. Shrink hips and thighs.
- Shrink and define the waistline. Trim belly.
- Begin to carve out beautiful definition in the arms, back and chest.
- Look and feel better in your clothes!

Is This Class Right For Me?
Unlike our Original Outdoor Bootycamp program, this is not a class for beginning exercisers. Participants must have previous experience using free weights with proper form and good posture. Those attending this class must be free of injury and chronic back or knee problems. This class is designed for women who are regular exercisers, experiencing only short durations of lapse, not more than a few months. There is space available for ten women in each class. How Much Does It Cost?
Each of these educational, small groups sessions include 16 hours of attentive, personal  instruction, weekly corresponding homework assignments and nutritional guidance. The cost is $250 for 4 weeks. While the program has been created to carry over to an at-home format, we recommend attending 3 full sessions in our studio for the most benefit. There is no Drop-In for this program.
 
Class Schedule, Location
Extreme Sculpting Intensives are 4 weeks long, meeting Mon/Wed/Thur/Fri at our private Wallingford neighborhood studio, near Guild 45TH Theater. Classes are one hour in duration. Ten spots are available in each class.
