When Do I Start?
You may begin attending class at any point during a session. Remember, we're always all fitness levels. While each progressive week may present new challenges, you may slow things down during class as necessary for your current level of fitness, even if you're joining us in Week 3 of a session.
Please plan to skip the very first Monday of each new session, unless...
- Attend a first Monday if you feel you need a refresher in class structure. This is a great option if you have been away from class for a few sessions or more.

Drop-In Policies and Package Expiration
- All Drop-In purchases are designated for use within the regular Boot Camp schedule, EXCLUDING the first Monday of each new session which is reserved for new participants. Please plan to skip the first Monday, or see "When Do I Start?", above.
- Drop-in purchases are valid only during the session for which they are purchased.
- Unused Drop-In days expire at the end of the session for which they are purchased.
- Session DEAL: potential make-up days due to illness, unexpected travel, or class cancelations due to extreme weather, will be offered on the purchase value of an 8 day package ONLY.
- Buy only what you can use during a session.
Weekly Nutrition Coaching for Long Term Lifestyle Change
Our optional, one-on-one nutrition coaching service is a supportive companion to our exercise classes to provide you with four goal driven weeks of health and fitness education. This weekly service is included with your four week session.
As a Returning Member, continue with Weekly Nutrition Coaching when you sign-up for 3 or more days per week in any of our upcoming sessions.
